I have an idea....what if

we require everyone to post a pic of themselves in their avator. Hey thay means I would have to and I'm always changing it.....LOL
this way we might be able to weed out the intruders

well I caught the end tail of the problem earlier, but i think this might help a bit. When someone new comes on we can inform them that within a week we'd like to see a pic or something like that without sounding rude. Until then we limit what we say unless we see a face

It's just a thought, I don't want to chase people away though or make them feel like this is a click

i had my picture up before and i deleted it becoz of my profession... hahaha!!! i'm in HR and fh said what if someone you rejected saw you??? so i deleted mine...

Don't feel silly! This is our lil chat board and you can post questions or (positive)comments here. If you get forum mail, you can check it up top.(Next to account it says forum mail!) But forum mail will also pop up when you sign on if you have any! Hope this helps!
