I have an interview at 5 today! Help me prepare!!

Girls, I haven't gone on an interview in years!! I'm so f'n nervous! What kinda ?s should I be prepared to answer?

questions about your past experience,
why you want to work for this company,
what you bring to the table,
what are your strengths and weaknesses (this is a tricky one)
what did you / are you leaving your current job.

Those questions the PP mentioned were great as well as :
Are you a team player? How so?
Where do you see yourself within 5 years.
Questions about your education,

If they ask you what you are looking to make, just answer 'I'm flexible' If they ask for more detail just say 'I'm making $XX at my current job. A pay bump would be nice, but I'm really looking for the experience' Keep the ball in their court to be the first one to suggest a salary - you don't want to come off too high or too *low* and sell yourself short!

And if they ask you for a weakness. . .make sure to flip it into something positive.

You should also have questions prepared as to What would be your 1st task when you start?
How big is the team that I will be working with?
Would I have a management role?

also, if they ask you how much you make now, tell them you make more than you do...bump it like 5k or so.

Believe me, it works.

ugh... these questions all made me suddenly feel sick about finding a job when I get to Co with my new hubby in January. Those kinds of questions are all such a pain to have to answer. The employers have got to know that you're just playing their 'game' - kinda just telling them what you know they wanna hear. So why bother. I hate interviews. Can you tell?? lol
