I have a few co-workers that I adore, totally.. hang out with etc. Its 3 people. Then I have one co-worker who weve worked together for the last year and I want to invite her to the wedding...
Now here is my dilema:
I have 4 bosses. 2 I DO NOT want at the wedding dont wnat to invite nothing.
1 I dont care if I do. The last I do want to invite.
How do I invite people? Im having a tough time with invite the coworker ive worked close with for a year because she might ask boss that I want to come if he is going and if I dont invite him I feel wierd. But then what if boss I want to come is invited and then asks the other 2 bosses if there going I see major problems...
ANY HELP!!!!

IMO, if you invite 1, you have to invite all. chances are that they won't come anyway.

Invite only the people you want. If you really want one of your bosses to go, send an invitation to him/her.

Our rule for inviting co-workers was that they only recieved an invite if we had a relationship outside of work. It worked really well for us.

If you invite anyone from work, you probably should invite your bosses... if you invite any boss, you probalby need to invite them all.

There's a chance that they will not come but what if they do?...especially the one you don't want to invite. On your special day, you really want to see the people you care and love, and not those that bring you any other type of feeling. It's your day. Someone mentioned if you socialize outside of work then it would invite them. That's a good measure to go by. I'd probably invite at work those that I'm closest to and that I want there. I'd not take any chances of inviting people that I do not want at my wedding thinking that they'd not attend. I'd just not invite them.

I agree, the only co-workers you need to invite are the ones who hang out with you and your fiance.

I totally agree.
I invited coworkers to my wedding and there were some that I worked directly with, that I didn't have a relationship with outside of work and I did not invite them. This is your day. invite who you want to spend that day with you. Especially if you are on a budget. There has to be a limit. I didn't invite my boss.

I had almost the same situation, except there was 1 boss I did not want to invite, 1 I did and 2 I didn't care about. I invited all 4. So far, only the 1 I did not want to invite has responded. He said 'Yes'. My dumb luck.
