8 days to the wedding and after seeing last nights post about Hurricane Irene and watching the news, I think I am about to lose it, I barely slept last night. This is just unbelievable.

I know, but don't freak out just yet. The news has a tendency to make us all worked up just so we'll stay tuned. Don't worry until we really have to. These storms can turn in any direction. Hopefully if we get anything, it will just be heavy rain. By your wedding date, it probably will be all out of here.

Don't drive yourself nuts! The news works these storms up so much, they are so dramatic. Everything is going to be fine.

no worries Lori!!! I had horrible weather the week before the wedding and it turned out perfect!!! Try to relax and ust know it'll be beautiful no matter what the weather!

I feel your pain Lori....my wedding is next Friday...I just keep telling myself that if the storm does hit land it will dye down in strength....and by the time it gets here it will just be some rain...and rain isn't going to ruin our big days

Lori, dont let something like rain ruin your day. Rain or shine its going to be perfect! Cant let weather bring you down and who knows, it may just move in a different direction or not affect us at all. Keep you chin up, smile and remember, YOU ARE GETTING MARRIED!
