I have been going back and forth with my church

I go to a really big church it is basically in a theater (the setting). I have been going in circles with them for the last couple of months. So I decided to look elsewhere after no return phone calls. Then I finally get a call from a coordinator who tells me she is going to send me out paperwork and sample programs. Everytime when I asked questions of how the ceremony would be I would just feel brushed off. I mentioned to her about not sending the paperwork and she told me she did not say she was going to send it overnight very snotty. Mind you I have been waiting for weeks.

To top it off they want to pair us up with another couple to do our counseling and not the minister
I found a better church much cheaper, Im booking them today I can't deal with this anymore.
