I have Chicken Breast...

I have Chicken Breast...

and i want to BBQ it... but i dont want to put BBQ sauce on it..

what can i marinate it in for about an hour before i BBQ it? Not store bought marinate.. dont feel like running to the store.

Suggestions please?

you can use italian dressing! we use it all the time! i love it!

a little salt and pepper!! It comes out really good and not to strong!!

any type of light oil, with garlic,(powdered will do) and any of your other favorite herbs from the spice rack

or you can cheat and use italian dressing... mmmmm....

or lemon pepper, or lemon and garlic...

ok ijust made it..
i improvised a little since i didnt have rosemary..

but i did have a container that is for making dipping sauces (for bread) one had rosemary in it. I put that, oil garlic and lemon juice... it smells really good.. THANKS!!!!

in the future you can marinate it in salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and oil. It tastes fantastic!!!

Ohhhhhh thanks for mentioning BBQ sauce. I bought some the other day and my mom is making chicken breast and I didnt know what to eat it with, MMMMMMMMMMM I am going to smother it in BBQ sauce
