Immodium is good if you've got the gollywobbles, but I just use chewable gas relief tablets if I need to get rid of some excess hot air.

I have stomach problems!

#1 Pepto Bismol to coat your esophagus and stomach

#2 Tums/Rolaids to neutralize the acid that's eating away your lining and casuing gas

#3 And Gas-Ex to break up the gas that's already formed

#4 Drink a glass or two of water

I have IBS, have had it for at 4 years now.

and OTC

My best friend is Imodium advanced when I have an attack... I'll even take it before hand if I anticipate one.

Phasyme is great for just bloating and *ahem* expelling.

LOL... I used to live on these, I've eventually weened myself off... but they work great!!! My dad calls them A ZIPPER FOR YOUR A$$! LOL, we are a very classy family... hehe

But seriously, I have major stomach problems... I usually take immodium and that helps, but for gas, I keep the chewable Gas-x in my desk and that helps too! They are tasty too! Like candy!
