Beano is good to take if you know you'll be eating something that's gonna make you gassy, but you need to take it beforehand.

Have you tried using papaya enzymes or just adding papaya to your diet? It's a good preventative, & it's natural.

Papaya is really good. Other than that, I carry Gasx capsules around with me, tums, and immodium....Also for those times when you dont want to have an accident I will take immodium to 'plug up' before I leave the house....This is a definite for before I get on the plane to go to St Lucia.

LOL All I can say is stay AWAY from sugar free chocolate candies....I ate 2 and I almost burst at work from the pain!!!!!!! You should have seen me trying to sit in an hour long meeting -- it was like that scene from Stand By Me when Lard swallows the ipecac syrup rumble......rumble.........

I had the same problem the other day. I ate those sugar free reeses and my stomach was killing me. Rumbling like you would not believe!
