I HAVE HAD IT.......................................*Update*

Update: They called me back last night - they found the package in their warehouse - I called them back today - Have to call back on Monday. There must be someone looking down on me from heaven bc I thought I was going to lose it ... Thanks girls

I have had it - I ordered 4 dozen pairs of chinese slippers in PINK, WHITE, GOLD, and BLACK weeks ago - they came in the mail, the right sizes but instead of 12 - 7's, 8's, 9's, 10's. there were 13 size 8s, 9 size 9s, 13 size 10s and 14 size 11s. all in MULTI COLOR! I called the company, they said they would call me back. I called them back again... and they said to just mail it back to them with a copy of the invoice - did that last week - should have gotten it by Saturday (9/20!) and I called them again today - it never got there and the best thing is the girl who keeps answering the phone doesnt even speak english well!!!! welcome to america - now speak english! i just practically threw $80 for slippers that I dont even have anymore - there is nothing that they can do until they get the package.... but why would you give me a choice of size and color if you cant even get that right
I want nothing more than to just get in the car and drive down to maryland right now and beat the snot out of that girl

That ***** and i am sorry. I would call back non stop and just bug them even if they claim there is 'nothing they can do'. Did you get a receipt from USPS or however you sent it back? are you able to track the package?

It is a lot of head banging - it is hard enough to have a conversation in broken english - how can you yell at them.. she said she would have to look further into it - i told her i have all afternoon - after $80 and no returned return reciept - I am getting frustrated. I am to the point I will call back again tomorrow and the next day and the next - the best was the guy who said well they came in MULTI because I picked that.. no - I picked PINK WHITE BLACK AND GOLD - he said we dont even make them in gold.. then why is the option on your website?!?! needless to say - if they are not back in my hands by next week - i will dispute the charge and just go into chinatown like I should have done a while ago...

oh and about not speaking english... i couldnt agree more... you wanna live here, you speak the language

did u pay with ur credit card? if so, call the credit card company, tell them you want to stop payment because they are claiming that the package was lost. They will dispute it with the company to get your money back, I think all you have to do is fill out a form and send it back to the credit card company stating that you want them to contact the seller.
