I have my demo lesson today and I really feel like I am going to throw up..

Did anyone else get like this before their demo? The last time I remember being this nervous was my first day at work after college.

I need to relax.

You will do fine!! Try and relax. I know the feeling; it is completely nerve wracking. Think of how relieved you will be when it is over!!! I wish you the best of luck.

OMG...I know how you feel and I was only doing a demo in the city where they just want to see if you have a pulse...(no offense) I thought about canceling it...all of this stuff! And it turned out fine! I was hired that day! It was a little different because they needed to fill the position ASAP!
