i have been up since 12:30 throwing up. I threw up 6x already and each time is more severe. Is this what food poisoning is??????

I was just on the phone w/ JO and we're not sure if it;s just a children's disease, but Rota virus is going around. A couple of kids we know have it. Could you have caught something from a student?

Feel better! That does sound like food poisoning...you should go to the doctor and get some medication...it eases the nausea.

A stomach virus will give you bad stomach pains. I had it a few months ago and it was the worst pain every 5 minutes...........horrible. Feel better!

I was out yesterday with a stomach virus of some sort, I feel your pain...feeling a bit better today so I made it to work, but may leave early

Oh man! I hope you get better soon.

My FH and I spent about 24 hours with the stomach virus. His entire family has gotten sick this past week. I know about 4 kids that have it too.

Feel better. There's definitely something going around... my nephew had it, then my sister, then my sister's boyfriend, then the ex husband... but that was all right with us!

i had the same thing last weds. i was amazed at what the human body can do. I was puking every half hour on the dot. i thought it would never end, but it did after ~12 hours.

I had food poisoning once and the getting sick part lasted for 2 days and I almost had to go to the hospital- I was so weak so make sure you drink fluids and if you dont feel better soon go to the doctor or hospital. Feel better

Im feeling much better and i didnt go to the DR bc i didnt throw up again thankfully.

I'm happy to hear you;re feeling better. There is such nasty stuff going around lately.

FH's ENTIRE family has been sick with this the past week or so
We live with his parents and FH got sick Sunday night, then his parents Monday night. I am home today but am not throwing up, just the other stuff.
From his other family members (FBIL, etc) I hear that it affected everyone differently so this may be *my* version of it otherwise I am waiting anxiously to get it
I have MAJOR anxiety issues with germs esp. stomach viruses and I just want it all to be over!
