First of all - i am sorry for anyone who isn't causing any issues on this site - as this is going to be a waste of your time to read.

When i first joined this site - it was a BLESSING in disguise. The ideas I got from all of you girls were priceless & i know full well that my wedding wouldn't have been half as wonderful if it weren't for our idea exchanges.

What this board has come to is quite simply a bunch of high school girls getting catty & that really, really upsets me. I used to come on this website all day, every day and it got me through some crappy work days. I come on now, maybe once a week and believe me, work is JUST as dead....but any time I come on there's a new 'drama thread' or someone calling someone out for something... It's sad.

We are all or should all be mature women, women who are getting married to our dream men and women who are here to help others. If you aren't interested in helping, then log the heck off & stop causing trouble.

I signed that thread to stay around until the last girl got married and I HATE the fact that i do NOT like coming on here anymore because of all this crap.

Can we all just take a chill pill or something(did i just use chill pill in a sentence?)...PLEASE. Bring this board back to what it was in its prime!!!!!

But what about those that are far past the stress of planning a wedding, what's their excuse? just something i've been wondering for a while..

yea but i think shes mainly talking about this board where most of us havent gotten married yet. this board is really the only one with ALOT of drama lately.

Well the Aprils Fools thread has officially turned into the 07's Vs. the 08'ers
And Gina is doing a Fabulous job of defending us!

the active year board is ALWAYS the board that has the MOST drama cause it tends to have the most active posters in it. EVERY SINGLE YEAR brides are shocked and surprised by the 'drama' that hits their boards---its just what happens. since seeing it at the end of 05 when i first joined--then thru 06, 07 and now your board...its natural progression. next year you guys will be laughing at the silliness of the 09 board.

i completely agree. i saw the drama that used to happen on the 07 board. the more people u have in one place being active, the more drama you have.

and this whole 08er vs NW board thing is just ridiculous!!

ohhh man last night i came on for like 10 mins and i starting reading the thread about dancing barefoot - at that point it was like 3 pages long and i didnt even bother reading the whole thing - it started getting a little silly and usually i get a kick out of those threads but FH was home so i only used the computer for like 10 minutes - why oh why couldnt that thread have been during the day when i was at boring work? sometimes those posts help the day go by A LOT quicker

ive noticed drama threads here and there but lots of times i come on here looking for specific things or ideas and i randomly read through threads and post replies....nothing on here ever really bothered me yet - i come on here for fun, an escape from work and when im bored at home...

jess im sorry you are upset to see the claws come out - i dont think ive seen ALL the posts that you might have read but i have seen a few - like the barefoot dancing one please dont let it stop you from popping in - i hope girls like you and tilde are around for me when it gets close to my date ALL the way in December!

This site definitely helps me get through the day at work. I love asking for opinions or exchanging ideas and in general the support we all give each other.

I've been on for some of the drama threads and not on for other...like I totally missed the barefoot thread I guess. If I have a true opinion I'll respond...and if I have nothing to say I don't. I do think sometimes those threads get carried away. I attribute it to stress, mis-understandsings and just the fact that there are soo many women in one place.

I'm sorry that you feel like it's like that all the time Jess...please don't stay away. My wedding, like Future Mulligan's, is in Dec...I'm actually the last weekend of Dec. so I know I'll need your advice and insight all the way through.
