I have three confessions to make

In this topsy-turvy world of fake brides and weird dramas, I feel the need to come clean about two facts:

1. I've been married about a year and, more importantly,

2. I grew up and got married on LI and lived in NYC for years, but I no longer live anywhere near NY/LI.

I still post here from time to time because I've really liked hearing your stories and sharing some laughs! Also, I am SO HOMESICK for New York, and I love hearing people talk about New York stuff. Even the Mets.

And now, confession number three:

3. I like this board better than the new 'NFR' board on the new site.

I mean we BOTH know there is really only one team in this town worthy of talking about!

eta: And I actually enjoy both of these boards still, but I think everyone finds there 'home' where their friends are, so that is why I will frequent both .. as often as time allows

I don't even live in the same COUNTRY!!!

I am about to move away too but I want to keep my connection to LI. It'll always be home in a lot of ways.
