Ok so i have to vent.. i just finally got official notice that my fh's friend that is getting married , is getting married the day before mine.. and the girl who booked it that day, knew that mine was the day after.. so now im afraid all of his friends that are going to that one, will not attend mine.. being that it is a sunday affair.. is that messed up or what??

Considering she knew your wedding date and if you guys share many mutual friends that's kinda stupid on her part. I wouldn't worry...that wouldn't stop me from going to someone's wedding I cared about. The people who love you guys will be there regardless.

you know what im probably gonna have to do ?? send out the save the dates a little earlier than planned. she has no class anyway. i dont even think she knows what i save the date is anyway.. i just cant believe someone would do that to a person..

I felt terrible having my wedding 5 weeks before my friends! She would have KILLED me if I made mine the day before! Is your FH's friend going to make it to your wedding now or is his wife to be going to plan their honeymoon to start the day of your wedding?

you have every right to be upset. definitely get out your save the dates before hers (if she does them)!! the people who want to be there for you and your fh will be there, regardless of her wedding and the day of the week! and if people are forced to chose between the 2 weddings, hopefully they will go to yours bc they knew about it first! i can relate, my brother and his fi booked their date to be 2 months before ours which pissed me off, but then i realized who ever wants to be there on our day will be there (i have a lot of oot family who cannot afford the $ and time off to come up for both weddings). good luck! ~lacey

i dounbt they will come to my wedding.. im def not going to go to theirs the day before mine. i truthfully hope they dont come.. ine less person i have to pay for.. she has some major cajones if you know what i mean!
