I have to wait a MONTH to see an allergist

My hives started over a year ago; now my reactions include sneezing, stuffy nose, watery eyes and sometimes worse.
I've lost 12 pounds in a month because I'm afraid to eat.
Okay, vent over.

to the allergist and to you. I think you need a vacation and some Chai tea - relaxation could help those hives. You should tell FH it is now his job to do all chores (and don't let him try to pull the 'needs to study for the bar and becoming a lawyer' thing )

It's such BS!! But it's definitely not an emergency (which is good, but in a weird way, I kind of wish it was so that I could get in sooner).

I was craving something sweet a couple of weeks ago and I had an entemman's chocolate chip cookie (one of the small ones) - I so regretted it. I sneezed, had a stuffy nose, watery eyes - then I threw up. That's happened when I've eaten chicken, luna bars, the most random, random stuff. Chocolate in any form gives me hives - I've never been allergic to anything before in my life!

I basically drink a chai latte during the day and then eat a small dinner - because on top of allergies, I have stupid IBS and that's been awful lately.

I guess it's a good thing I gained like 7 pounds after the wedding what a way to lose it.

Where you referred by your primary doc to the allergist?

If so, see if your primary's office will call the office on your behalf for an earlier appointment.
