I haven't posted in a while but really need some hugs

Two weeks before my wedding, we had to put my 16 year old dog to sleep. He was diagnosed with cancer back in August. We did everything we could to extend his life.. he fought until the end. I was praying that he would make it to my wedding so that he can be in my wedding photos. I am an emotinal mess right now- Life is really amazing!!

OMG I am so sorry!!!! I think the suggestion of wearing something of his that day is a great one.

It's hard to lose a doggy. Or a kitty for that matter. So sorry honey. My heart breaks with you. It'll be okay.

I'm so sorry for you and your family!!! Pets are cherished members of the family and they give so much joy and love, it's so hard when you have to put one to sleep.

omg i am soooo sorry!! my cat is 16 right now and ive had her since i was 15 years old. i can only imagine what you are going through. its sooo hard to part with a pet, especially one you have had for sooo long. we put my dog to sleep last year and she was 14, it was really really hard.
