I haven't preserved my dress...

Because I like looking at it hang in my closet!

Has anyone else not preserved it?

I didnt- its been cut up!

Seriously my SIL is making pillows out of them.

mine's hanging in my closet unpreserved too ... i don't care to look at it, i'm just too lazy and too cheap to get it preserved right now

I haven't cleaned it either ... i don't think it's too late if you still want to do it.

personally, i'm ok with just leaving it in the closet to i win the lottery (enough to pay for preservation, and for a personal assistant that will go to the store too)

at this point, it's sheer laziness, so i'll wait for the personal assistant too!!

Ive got both taking up residence in a closet and since my house is mad old school they take up the whole closet.. Dh will prob toss them before m willing to pay for them to be cleaned

Oh no!!!

Seeing this post reminded me that it is still at the cleaners that took all of the fabric stuff out of the house after we had that fire like 2 months after we were married!!

I think I'll wait until after the holidays to find out it's gone forever. I don't need another reason to hate Christmas.

Me neither! I'm waiting until I can wear it again.

About 6 months after the wedding DH gave me his credit card and MADE me take it to get cleaned and boxed, lol. He didn't like that it was taking up so much room in the SPARE BEDROOM CLOSET. You know, the closet that we don't use for anything! The second I brought it home from the dry cleaners he tossed the box in the attic
