I hope you ladies don't mind me crashing...dog for adoption
Hi ladies,
I wanted to post on this board because we are really trying very hard to find Dodger a loving home. My DH and I found a lost dog about 10 days ago. He has been living with us since then. We cannot find his owners. We have rescue cats, and I really don't think having them all in the house together is the best situation. I realize that animals can be trained, but I think Dodger would be so much happier some place where he doesn't have to be cooped up all day.

He is an extremely loving and loyal dog. The vet said that he is about 3/4 shepherd and 1/4 pit bull. He is approximately 18 months old, and he is fairly well trained. He knows commands like 'sit,' 'stay,' 'come,' etc. He's very obedient, doesn't jump on food when you're eating, etc. However, he has been out on the street for about a month (the vet said she could tell from his nails), so he isn't 100% housebroken, and he does need some walking training because he pulls. He has his shots, and he is getting neutered today.
He loves attention and affection, and he warms up to people very quickly. He loves to play.
