I joined a gym and WW!!

So I finally decided to take the plunge and I joined both the gym and weight watchers this week. I was an avid 'atkins-addict' but got sooo tired of everything low-carb. It feels good to make these changes all at once and get into new habits. Just wanted to share!

I'll be doing the same thing starting Sunday. WW here I come. Good luck to you. I am not quite ready for the gym yet. I just had a baby six weeks ago.

If you want to do the gym, the treadmill could be the best way to go. You could even walk around your block. They say walking is the best exercise.

That is exactly what I plan on doing. I have a treadmill at home. I'll take my daughter for walks during the day and when DH gets home I'll go downstairs on the treadmill. The gym will wait until I go back to work.

I live and am planning my wedding from Virginia so I joined a Washington Sports Club...they have them in New York, Philly and Boston too. I liked them because it didn't feel like a 'meat market' where everyone already looks perfect...just normal people!
