I had lost 45 pounds on WW the first time before my wedding and I joined again since the wedding I quit smoking and put on a good amount of weight.
So you all will see me here verry often

Congratulations on quitting smoking - I am sure that was tough and it is supposed to be the #1, best thing you can do to improve your health- even more than losing weight. If you can do that, you can definitely lose weight!

I just joined weight watchers again today. I am going to try the core? Has anyone done it/ What were your results? My mom just started core, and lost 4 pounds (her first week!)

I go to the one down on Wall street. So far I lost 2.2 so far. This week I knwo I could not have lost especially with Easter, to many people were in my house with good food. LOL
