I can't believe I did this. I was chopping garlic with our new knives..knowing this was the sharpest thing ever I was going slow...it slipped sliced half my thumb nail off. I think I am still in shock! It finally stopped bleading I hope this sucker grows back quickly!

I did that to my toenail last Fri, a few days before surgery on that leg! It hurts. I kicked something accidently and a part of the toenail came off. Keep it wrapped in a bandage. Hope it feels better. There are finger protectors for sharp knives, fm if you want info.
