I just did my budget on the knot and

I am 5,000 over budget and that doesn't include the honeymoon. I will have to tell my FI he needs to kick in 2500 more!!!!

Oh, and this was with cutting corners on everything but the band!!!! Unless we got a DJ I couldn't have done anything else cheaper!!!!

I did my budget on the knot and I was over by ALOT!!! I dont know how we can keep on budget the cost of everything is insane.

I'm way over too... fh said his parents are going to help, but they won't give us numbers - so I don't know how much to expect. oy.

i think i should just stop looking at the budget calculator and my guest list. it just makes me frantic!

LOL mine says the same thing!

And he keeps saying that we have to go on a honeymoon, and that Vegas is only going to be about $1500 for a few days...

Do we have $1500? no!

Maybe we can win the lotto...

Go to theknot and just put in the amount of your budget and then there is a sheet where you plug in all you spent or planning to spend on each item. Its really easy.

It breaks things up really weird. I'm way under, but there's a lot I still need to add on, so it's not accurate at all right now.

I found that the Knot budgeter doesn't give you enough for the things you really want to be nice like the rings. They budgeted us for 300 for our bands.
