I just don't understand

I just don't understand

A friend of the family has been trying to have a baby for along time now (They are young, late 20's). After many failed invetro procedures they managed to get pregnant with twins! A boy and a girl.

Well last night she was rushed to the hospital and forced to give birth at only 6 months pregnant, Both her and her husband were told that the children would not survive after birth and were forced to induce labor and name the children anyway. If that wasn't bad enough they were told there is a 10% of her getting pregnant again.

They held the babies and had a private ceremony at the hospital today.

Ugh!!!!! I just couldn't imagine happening to anyone.

Sorry guys this was so upsetting and I just feel horrible

That is horrible. I feel for them and my prayers are with them. I pray they get a miracle and can some day have a beautiful happy healthy baby!

oh my that is so sad. Im sorry & dont understand why these things happen. I pray for them. I hope that after their mourning period they can find that adoption is a very special gift to give a child. And go that route.

That is truly horrible, I hope they go on to have a healthy, happy babies.

That really is so sad and upsetting. I feel so bad for people that want to have children and then things like that happen.

Oh my goodness...so sad...my thoughts and prayers are with them. It makes me so mad because as a teacher you see so many parents who neglect their children and then these poor people who would adore their child can't have it. Awful.

Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. I just don't understand how that works either... so many people who won't take care of babies pop them out so quickly and yet couples who have so much love to give can't have babies. My prayers are with them.

Im so sorry. Children are so precious.. they shouldnt be affected by the horrors of this world. My prayers are with them...

Sadly I think they have to name them for records, but its got to be harder to do that. Thats so sad. My mom went through invetro many times before giving up and my friend is having a very unsuccessful time of it now. So my heart bleeds for them. But miracles happen. I should not have been born.

My stomach and heart were all in knots last night. I just don't even know how to even say how much I am sorry to them. Its not enough and I know it. I feel so bad.
