I just dropped everything off at the hall!!! Should I be concerned...

that my maitre' d was out sick and i wasnt able to go over the setup and everything with him? I met with someone and made my final payment, gave my final head count, and left her all of my boxes. But i really wanted to go over my layout and concerns. Not to mention that I'm under my minimum and wanted to discuss 'add ons'. They told me to just call tomorrow and talk to my BM and maitre' d but I'm just scared that what I wanted wont be fully executed properly now.
