I just dropped everything off at the hall!!! Should I be concerned...

I just dropped everything off at the hall!!! Should I be concerned...

that my maitre' d was out sick and i wasnt able to go over the setup and everything with him? I met with someone and made my final payment, gave my final head count, and left her all of my boxes. But i really wanted to go over my layout and concerns. Not to mention that I'm under my minimum and wanted to discuss 'add ons'. They told me to just call tomorrow and talk to my BM and maitre' d but I'm just scared that what I wanted wont be fully executed properly now.

I don't think so. I didn't even do my final drop off, I had to work, my parents did it for me and everything went off without a hitch!

Why not go back when he is back to work? I would probably be more comfortable talking with him directly.

yeah, i think i'll go back tomorrow just to put my mind at ease. FH said not to worry but I'm overly paranoid now so i guess better safe than sorry.

Yes, i am the same way I would call and them him your gonna come in to talk to him >> you will feel 100% better ...
