By the way- I realized last night that it DOES make sense to eat Almond butter straight up.
For some reason, I was thinking it was more like butter.
But as I ate peanut butter with a spoon, I saw what you were getting at.

Agree. Dessert for dinner is my favorite. I like the microwave idea.
