I just found out I have my mid-year review within the hour
I got no warning, other than just getting a phone call saying they would like to get my mid-year review done sometime within the next hour.
I knew this time was coming up, but thought I'd get more warning than that.
I'm so nervous. I hope they call me in soon so I can get it over with.

At least not having more warning will give you less time to stress over it.
