I just got a call...........

21st Centry Todays Bride.....
Telling me that FH and I won 3 prizes and we need to come claim them.

Anyone ever get a call like this?? If so did you go??
I do not think we will be going to claim anything but I am just wondering if anyone has come across anything like this?

It's a scam. . . My FH and I went and sat through a presentation on pots and pans, etc. Then had to listen to a big long-winded speech trying to get us to buy on the spot. . . we refused but left with the promised gifts (this evening lasted about 3 hours because they tried getting you to buy one couple at a time and we were the last. . . go figure . . . i think it was airline tickets anywhere in continental U.S., a cruise for two and $500 shopping spree to some closeout website. . . the tickets and cruise had too many restrictions/requirements for us to even be bothered with them and we could not find a single item on the closeout website that we would want to own. . . (you had to spend the $500 all at the same time and pay for shipping of the items) personally I felt scammed. . . but then I didn't need any dishes or pots and pans. . . It's your call. . . but I know I'd never fall for it again. . . although the dishes and pans seemed very nice but of course they were expensive look them up online. . . Good luck!
