I just got a call from BBB. They said they had a young lady in front of them and she wanted to get something off my registry, but she wanted to get me the better quality one. They asked if this was ok with me to scan the better quality item. I said SURE!
Just wanted to say if you are thinking of registering there to do so. I myself so far have had a great experience with them, as did my mom with trying to get me something that was going to be discontinued.

Same here Jenn...no prob with BB&B yet, Crate and Barrel has been worse for me. Everytime I pick something, even if it's in the gift collection, they run out of it before anyone can see it!

that must be so aggravating! one time i went to Fortunoff, scanned a bunch of stuff, went to turn in the gun & they said we needed to scan everything again for it didnt take (the scanner has been giving them problems) ...the nexttime, some stuff didnt appear online so I had to go back again & re scan again! ughhh!!! and i couldnt add it back from my online registry on the pc i had to go back!

I agree that a lot of people order stuff online but what I was saying that a lot of the stuff I added to my registry was on-line and that stuff wasn't always available in the store, therefore, it wasn't purchased. Yes, their return policy is great and you get 10% off anything left on your registry, 3 months after you get married (that was when I found out how freaking difficult it was to get the stuff I registered for!)
