I just got a call from BBB. They said they had a young lady in front of them and she wanted to get something off my registry, but she wanted to get me the better quality one. They asked if this was ok with me to scan the better quality item. I said SURE!
Just wanted to say if you are thinking of registering there to do so. I myself so far have had a great experience with them, as did my mom with trying to get me something that was going to be discontinued.

I am also registered there & have had nothing but a good experience with them. They have even brought things to the store close to me that were being discontinued that I absolutely had to have & bought myself.....lol

I agree that BBB is wonderful. My FH and I registered there not to long ago and have been having a good experience thus far. I love the web site; very user friendly. The best part is that a pic of the product is shown on the list. I find people are more likely to purchase when shown a pic of the product. It is also great, because is it a nation wide store. My family in TX were thrilled!

I had a hard time with people wanting to buy me something from them and not being able to find it. I registered at the BBB in Huntington since I thought that was the biggest store but in doing that, alot of those items couldn't be found at the smaller stores. AND, I added like mad on the website to find that they don't tell you some of those things aren't available in the stores and only on-line. I wound up not getting some stuff on my registry because of this, I'd say 15% of the stuff.

I heard wonderful things about their registry. The return policy is awsome. But we had the same problem as a previous poster - a lot of things were not available in the store.

I found the biggest store was not Huntington, but rather Westbury near the Source Mall on Old Country Rd. It was so HUGE and found all I needed too. Check it out! I disagree with not getting all what you want off the registery, because today a lot of people prefer ordering stuff online and not dealing with the hassel of going to the store and dealing with crowds. For the most part, all my stuff is offered online.

Am I the only bride that hated BB&B for my registry? I spent SO MUCH time registering there, only to be contacted by them almost EVERY week with a notification that one of my registry items was being discontinued! It pi$$ed me off so much that I decide to cancel my registry and add some items to my Fortunoff registry, AND also open an additional one at Crate and Barrel.
The kicker is, there really wasn't anything on the BB&B registry that would be considered 'seasonal' so I could never really figure out what the problem was.
The upshot, however, is that I got onto their mailing list, and I receive a 20% off coupon almost every month! I can't complain about that! LOL!

Wow no problems yet for me & I registered there like 5 months ago. I have had more problems with my Fortunoff one! They gave me a $50 gift cert for the problems i had!
