I just got a call from Fortunoff-- I'm a finalist!!!! (alittle long,sorry)

I just got a call from Fortunoff-- I'm a finalist!!!! (alittle long,sorry)

I am so excited, but I don't even know if I should bother---ok, let me explain--

Fortunoff has this $60,000 sweepstakes--win $50,000 for a dream wedding at the Graden City Hotel & $10,000 for a shopping spree at Fortunoff

I just got a call from Fortunoff that I am one of the 100 finalists-- ok, so I didn't win quite yet-- but should I even consider it-- i already have my dream wedding planned out & a BUNCH of money has already been paid towards the hall! (and i love my hall)

I guess i can still go and see if I actually win & worry about accepting it then? What would you do?

I would go and just see what happens if I were you. If I won then I would still stick to my already dream wedding I have planned and then use the other money for another party just for fun and invite the people I couldn't invite orginally. If you have another chance to have a party then why not!

Not a bad idea-- maybe they would let me do a one year anniversary-- renew my vows kind of thing?

I'm a finalist too, they called me earlier....I didn't realize that's its only between 100 girls- I would definitely go for it. If I were actually fortunate enough to win it, I'd rather lose my deposits with my vendors and have a wedding for free.
