I just got back from my handfasting!

We had a rough start. The make up girl took forever. The bok wasn't anything I wanted, but it was short notice so I'm not upset. The CAKE was beautiful! I'm telling EVERY BRIDE! Go to king kullans for your cake! My cake was beautiful and just wonderful. Also Pastor Apirl did a wonderful job! I know now who I'm using for my wedding!

I'll put pictures, but we didn't tell my FILs about the handfasting, so we have to find a way to tell them so they don't flip if they see the pictures. They don't respect my FH or my beliefs.

A year and a day before the wedding the bride and a groom have a small bethroal ceremony. We tie the cords around our wrest, and make our vows. THIS IS NOT A LEGAL MARRIAGE, but a ritural for engagement.

I can't, my friend acciently bump the top and ruined half the cake. And then we all ate it. it didn't last long at all! I did'nt have a chance to get the camera before everyone started cutting it up! But it was beautiful!
