For my final headcount!!!..I cant believe it!!..I am soo excited!!!

So this weekend we have to start emptying the bank accounts!!!

ETA: DOes anyone know if i have to add the dj in the head count if they arent a vendor for CLM? and do we pay full price for those?

It is my understanding that vendors count towards the head count. And they eat half price, unless they are a CLM house vendor than they eat for free.... I would double check that info though with CLM.

well for us this is how it worked with vendors. If we are below our minimum then we use the vendors towards our headcount and this way we are not paying extra for the vendors since we have to pay for our minimum regardless.

If we are past our minimum then vendors are half price and if they are your RH's vendors they eat for free.

I am really not looking forward to dropping off all that money

My halls says that there vendors are free and outside vendors are half price. But I dont know if everywhere is different and I am not sure if you include the vendors in the head count.
