Me too. My mom makes all different types. She makes meat,chicken or cheese. I like the meat or chicken ones the best.

I usually melt mozzarella and cheddar chees with meet in the empanadas. I make them really good.

I LOVE empanadas. But I only eat the ones with cheese. I don't eat meat. And I put aji on it... mmmmm

My brother's girlfriends family own a deli in Port Washing and they make these I think argentinian emapanada's with aji on the side. SOOOOOOO GOOOOOD!!!!

I was thinking about that but I don't think I want to fry all of them at home. If I had a deep fryer than I would of.

I love to cook, if it was up to me I would be bringing all kinds of things to the GTG.

My mom fries them too.

Karina my family sends us the aji balls from Ecuador and my mom makes it here. OMG it is like tasting FIRE!!! But oh so good!!!
