i just added plain yogurt, frozen strawberries (works better if you use frozen fruit rather than ice which can water ti down!) and cranberry juice until it had a good consistency and tasted ok - you can also add some sugar/equal if you want to sweeten it a little!

Sounds good. This is usually my breakfast after my morning run....
1 halved cup fresh strawberries 2 cut up fresh apricot 2 bananas 6 ounce fresh raspberries 1 cup skim plus milk
Makes about 2 servings. but soooo good!!

Kim, that smoothie sounds good. I have to make it, I have been craving one every since Jenn, Chip and Shamma talked about the ones they had in the city.

I LOVE SMOOTHIES!! One question--I HATE HATE HATE MILK & yogurt-but the rest of those ingredients sound delicous--what can I substitute the milk with?

endlessluv- you can try ice cubes, but it won't come out as thick. what about vanilla ice cream? or frozen yogurt?
