I see alot of ladies on here talking about loosing weight. Well I just joined a kicking boxing class in carle place on glen cove rd. You get 3 classes for $20. After that they have a few different options but i am mainly going to check out the 3 class....

hahha i went there on tuesdday night!!!!!! the class kicked my freaking ***!! but it was really good!! the only thing is its so much money afterward for the classes and i wish i would have known that...soo thats my only prob but u guys shoudl def go i loved it!!
How much were they if you don't mind me asking....Because i don't think i would beable to afford it either.

I used to be long to a gym and decided to stay after yoga one night to take the cardio kick boxing class.
I almost died. and I was in good shape then, too, I was biking 10 miles a day 4 times a week and I weighed a LOT less.
OMG, never again. My heart rate was easily 230.

its 77 to join the first nigh if you wanna do it...if you dont join the first night its 177...then for 43 classes its 3 payments of 129 i believe n if u do 2 classes a week thats like 4/5 months worth...and its only kickboxing for me not worth it to do that...the class really worked me out lol but im laying in pay day 2 haha

i took one at my gym with FH and i thought i was going to DIE... it kicked MY A$$!!! OMG... what a workout!!!! Ill stick to the treadmill... lol

That really is alot. they didnt go into that with me. i dont think thats doable and pay for a wedding. oh well i will take the 3 classes for 20, keep the gloves and go elsewhere. hopefully it will jump start my butt

yes thats what i said lol they didnt have new gloves for me n my mOH's that came with me so were hoping to go back sat morning bc we have not been able to move yet to do so lol

And the guy emailed me saying to hurry if you are going to go bc they will probably run out of gloves so you would have to buy them!

well if you do the math, (if what we have been told is correct) then for the 43 classes it's a like 11 a class. I pay that for Zumba so I guess it would work out

So I was really undecided if i wanted to pay 149 a month for 3 months. When i talked to the guy he was very flexable with the payment schedule. He worked it out where its less than 100 a month for like 5 or 6 months. i think the classes are totally worth it. I will be there tonight at 7pm and wed at 9pm.
