I just joined a kickboxing class. Who is with me....
I see alot of ladies on here talking about loosing weight. Well I just joined a kicking boxing class in carle place on glen cove rd. You get 3 classes for $20. After that they have a few different options but i am mainly going to check out the 3 class....
I would for my fellow brides to join me. Heres the site check it out. once you put in your email address it will take you a page where you can see the class sch.

They have classes from 5-9pm at night. a teacher at my job goes and she said its a really good work out...total body. I figure $20 for 3 classes cant hurt even if thats all i do

put in your email and name on the first page. then when you get to the 2nd page go to the bottom and put in your credit card info. its $19.99 exactly

I PROMISE I will register On Friday (Payday!!) I DO PROMISE... I just spoke to the guy and OMG that sounds great!!!!! $20 per 3 classes! and you get the GLOVES for FREE?!! And you ACTUALLY GET TO KICK AND PUNCH?!!!!!!!!!

Zumba at my gym :) its in lindenhurst....call ur local gyms a lot of em are doing them now and u might be able to pay for a day pass or just the class

Ohh I do have Zumba at my gym (Lucille Roberts) but I thought it was seperate!

i loveeeeee the girl that teaches the classes at lucielle in valley stream monday wedesday and friday

hahha i went there on tuesdday night!!!!!! the class kicked my freaking ***!! but it was really good!! the only thing is its so much money afterward for the classes and i wish i would have known that...soo thats my only prob but u guys shoudl def go i loved it!!

I am sure those who want to go coordinate a time to meet there. I love it that thier classes are so late. they have a class on mondays at 7 im thinking about trying to make that one
