I have never belonged to a gym before I have 6 mths to lose like 20 lbs and tone up

Yes it is possible. I lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks!!!!!

Yes that's right on WW and the gym. I was strictly on the points everyday and I didn't use the extra points they give you throughout the week.

I was asmoker and quit as my New Years Resolution and have since gained 25lbs so I am flabby 5'3 140lbs I used to be 115
whats your height and weight?

Well I can tell you my height which is 5'8, my weight well I am more than you but under 15 lbs more than you. So you can say I am between 140-155. I myself don't even know. I don't want to get on the scale.

I cant believe how nervous I am for orientation of the gym tonight

I moved to Selden and yes I should be going to the Stony Brook one, I haven't gone yet. Haven't been to LR in over 6 months.

I am hoping I will be motivated enough next week to start going.

Don't be nervous. She will show you around and explain the machines. I never went to orientation.

They will have you fill out a card and I think they will measure you. Each month you need to remind them to measure you and you will see the difference if it is +/- or the same.
