haha... and when i looked it up... its the same style veil i got!! Its a fingertip length mantilla veil. this will make explaining it to people sooo much easier!! i never knew there was a title for it.
I keep trying to find my veil online.. just a pic of it but i cant seem to.
i will see it tomorrow though!!!!!!!!!!! in real life!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine too!! before I came across it... i thought veils would be hard. because i knew i was going to be picky in that area... and i didnt want anything too short or too puffy or too... anything!
But when i got my dress at kleinfelds they said my designer actually made a matching veil for my dress! so i was like.. oh lets check that out!! so they had it in the fingertip length and then the cathedral. i chose fingertip length. the cathedral would make me want to kill somoene (too long and for me too much of a major pain in the hiney to have to deal with!!)!!! I had never seen veils like that before and i was instantly in love with it and all i could say was I love this veil! omg i love this veil!! my veil has the lace but also the same beading as my dress! it was sooo easy the second i saw it!! love it!!

OMG you are going to look stunning in that kind of veil!!! And I normally don't even like those that much!! But I can TOTALLY see it on you, especially with your dress Sorry I didn't write back, today was sooo busy at the store Not a minute! You literally owe me like $25 at most, I don't even know anymore haha. Dude Abby (our dog) is BUGGING OUT right now haaaa. Mike has a migraine and is passsed out upstairs. Aww thanks!! It was the only one I loved!! I'm going to post pics of it tomorrow when I get it for real! Unless it's really ugly then I'm just going to cry about wasting $470 on a veil!!!!!! I figured you were busy at work. I was sitting in a meeting all day long. haha. funny you noted who Abby was.... because I remmeber your dog but for the life of me I dont think i ever knew the lil doggies name!! haha! my cats do that all the time.. but i never knew dogs got nutty. i started getting a migraine on the bus and had to pop some excedrine! i get migraines too! some are wayyy worse than others. they are the worst. dark room. excedrine, sleep. thats about all that helps. oh water and caffeine too!!! I might be bored at work tomorrow and need a break so maybe ill call. who knows. haha. but yea i got the address and everything! im excited!!!! what time did you say you would be there again? I can't remember. hahahaha!

I get out at the earliest like 9:30 so I would still have to go home and change and get Mike, so like realistically 11ish. Omg yes dogs do go nuts!! We got her this bed called the 'burrow bed' and it's basically a giant pillow with one side slit open and dogs get in it and put their toys in it, lay in it, etc. Abby gets in it and starts RUNNING AROUND IN CIRCLES, but INSIDE THE PILLOW!!! She makes the funniest noises, and I just laugh and laugh. So funny. She gets like crazed, possessed. So funny. Yaaaay holler at me tomorrow!!!! (yes I said hollerrr). I'm trying to go to DMV and get my new license!!!! WOOHOO!!! xoxoxo

OK I will send you the address later. I'm going to go a little earlier than I originally thought... but we will most definately still be there at 11. In the past we stayed until after 1, so thats fine!! I'm sooo happy you guys are coming!! There's a pool too. I don't know if I am going to go swimming but I think my friend Jackie is.
I NEVER knew that about dogs!! Too funny!!! I kinda want to see your lil dog do that!! My cats at like nut balls all the time.
Good luck at the DMV... I know it stinks to go there... so hopefully it won't be crowded!!

I think it's mantilla if it just has the lace around it like that and is that general shape! so no matter where it comes from it's mantilla!! Unless I totally misunderstood you!! which is possible!! hahahaha!

Does Mantilla just mean that the veil and blusher are one piece rather than two? Like there is no comb or anything to hold it in place it just drapes directly on?

Honestly I'm not 100% positive.
BUT I can tell you that my veil has a comb and a seperate blusher. But the style is TOTALLY mantilla!!! You will see for yourself when i post pics of it later.
I don't think it just depends on how it's made. But it's the style that makes it mantilla.
I have the lace on the edging and then all the way up to the top where the comb is. It's the EXACT shape of that veil. It also comes in cathedral length...but I didn't get that one.
