I just picked my Menu!!

I just came back from Sand Castle & picked the menu & also my cake (included) Yeah!!. I even ordered a lovebirds ice sculpture. I am so excited!!

Do you know what they told me? They are really booked already for 2009 & working on 2010....I can't believe it.

YAY! I have to call my place and do this ahhh...what did you pick for the menu?? Make me hungry! I was at a wedding at Sancastle and the food was soooooo yummy

OMG.......there is so much food. Especially for cocktail hour.

Apptizer is Mozzarella Caprese

Pasta- Filetto di pomodoro sauce

Salad choice of Greek or Caesar

The Entrees are as follows & you get a choice of 6
Rack of Lamb
Grilled NY shell steak
STuffed breast of chicken
Grilled filet of salmon
Jumbo gulf shrimp
Grilled Vegtable platter

my Girlfriend got married there last yr and i was in the BP. The food was amazing!!! and the service was excellent. The minute we stepped off the bus they were asking us wat we wanted to drink.. but immed. brought us cran & vodka or water for the gals..and some drinks for the guys.
The bridal suite is gorgeous and we were able to watch ppl at the cocktail hour on the TVs in there which was so much fun!!! The food they passed around was to die for!! loved the fried ravioli!!! They brought us a lot of food in the bridal suite and were very sweet about covering up the bride completely with napkins so she could eat!!
you are gonna have a blast!!!!!!!!!!!!!

omg ur right ... i forgot..they offered us seconds too... i was sooo stuffed i couldnt.. (but thats cause my BM dress was too tight already..lmaoooo)
