on the treadmill. it is such a great feeling. it took me 45 minutes. last time i ran so long was back in high school when i did cross country. it's a great feeling to know that i can still do it.
Thats really good!!!! I was just on mine but, my mom does like me to run alot cause were on the 2nd floor and she feels I'm gonna fall trough, so I jog/walk half the time,lol.

yeah my mom was the same way that's why we moved it into the basement. you do feel like your going through the floor though. lol
