yeah I heard about this. it is when you take a picture you put your head forward a bit and down a bit, thus eliminating any bit of second chin you have

I just came back from getting my passport and did out and down! The post office lady said it came out nice!

The other day, I was looking in the mirror and moving my head around to try and get rid of my chin.... I did some of this and it worked! Now I have a name to match the movements!!!
