i just sent out the last of my mortgage paperwork

....well, at least i hope it's the last of it. everytime i send them something they tell me they need something else and it's freakin' frustrating!!!!
if this is all they need, they can get my paperwork out to be reviewed and i can get my mortgage.......
this bank is driving me insane and if given the chance, i would NOT go through them again....they're making my life miserable and taking sooo much time to do everything.

Just know that you have a house, and that you'll be closing and all this will be something that you laugh at!!

I think they ALL do that! It took my sister 6-7 months to refinance a mortgage with the same bank because they are idiots. Good thing they admitted to being idiots and locked her in at a great rate!!

Think of it as one step closer to home ownership!!!

I hope the rest of the closing process goes smoothly.

grrrrrr.....she just called and they needed something signed and stamped by the bank - so i had to run down there before they closed and beg the teller to get one of the people to sign it, even though they're not supposed to. thank god he did that for me.
so i just faxed the rest of it to her......i'm giving her 10 minutes and then i'lm calling to bug her again......
she said if it's all good she can send it out tonight!
one step closer.
what a terrible process this is!

that that really will be ALL they need from me?
or is it normal that they would then include a whole new list the next time i talk to them?

palebride, you going for the Sonyma, right? That mortgage requires ALOT of paperwork, more than regular mortgages.

I know it is frustrating, I feel for you. But once you get that low interest rate you will feel much better.

And it's driving me insane!!!
It requires a TON of paperwork....hopefully the low interest rate and the fact that they pay for the closing costs will make me feel better in the long run!!!
