I went to 5 different stores and none of them had it!!! The funny part of this story is that I came home opened my freezer and had a box of it already!! Another example of my dorkiness!!!

I am making gouda,apples and almond slivers wrapped in phyllo and baked.

mmm, sounds good! I have done gouda wrapped in cresent roll dough, with grapes on the side. Also delish!
