I just won a trip???!!!???!!!

I just won a trip???!!!???!!!

I'm afraid it might be a scam, but I dont think so. I filled out a card for a free trip at the Jericho Terrace showcase and the guy called me and told me I won second, but not the grand prize.. so all I have to pay for is the airfare. He said it is completely all inclusive.. food, drinks, sports etc..

What do you think?

I am skeptical by nature (and a lawyer on top of that) so when something sounds too good to be true (like this does) I would be very careful.

Get everything in writing and do NOT give out any credit card info!!!!

If it is all inclusive, and you pay is airfare, and you can afford it, Go For It!

Do you think the Jericho Terrace would have had them there if they were fakes? They had all the china out etc...

YES they would and IMO it DEFINATELY is a SCAM!!!!!

Forget scam lol..sometiems the hotel they end up sending you to is not the nice beautiful one they show in the brochures..

at their showcase? Everyone there was legit, that I know of. This was the only free giveaway contest... Hmmm.. Now Im worried... Have any of you heard of royal prestige?

YES IT IS A SCAM...YES even at their showcase. THis is the same company that i 'won' a trip from...8 times...watch they will call you in about a month to tell you, you won another trip

Holy crap you won the free trip too? So did I How many other LIW brides do you think did also.

It is not a scam if you don't mind be pressured into buying their merchandise, wasting your time, being stuck in a room that they give you a hard time if you don't buy their 'incredible' cookware and like myasmom said the hotel might not be the type of place you want to stay in.

check them out Better Business Bureau
call the hotel and see if everything is 'all inclusive'
research this and then decide what you think

i think the trip might actually be legit, but the bullcrap you wil have to deal with to get it is almost not worth it. I told the guy from Royal Prestige to get lost when he said he wanted to come into my home to show me Crystal. Ew.

I think its a scam too!
I 'won' a trip and all we had to do was go to this place for the info. Well, we get there, and it was a lecture on Pots and Pans!!! I was sooo mad that we fell for something like this.
Then on our HM we stayed @ a hotel that offered free breakfast. DH and I thought nothing of it, we go to the part where the free breakfast was, and these morons were selling time shares!!
I get so mad at DH for falling for these scams. I get very suspicious quickly these days!
Definitley do searches.

Just search Royal Prestige on this site-- they are a vendor here, yet there are still complaints. They try to get you to buy stuff on credit, through their bank and their rates are crazy. A friend of mine spent a fortune with them and should have just gone to Macy's!!
