i could be the most indecisive person on the planet!!! so remember i was posting about how i got my beautiful romona keveza gown at the filenes thing in boston? well now im having second thoughts about it. i KNEW THAT WOULD HAPPEN!!! i was there alone bc no one could go...and i made the decision alone, and now i cant stop thinking about my original dress from davids.
someone help! what if i made the wrong decision?? i called my mom and told her and she was like 'well what do we do now with this dress you just bought...' and i don't want them to just be out the money. i duno. ill post pics of both...someone help me :(
the one i bought isn't white, and has no beads...i duno if it's the white thing that has me hung up..i dont know. im practically in tears because im all alone making these decisions and i hate it.
Get the zipper and buttons fixed on the romona dress, sell it on ebay (I GUARANTEE you will MAKE MONEY on the deal), and then get the dress you really want!
Or maybe someone on here would buy it! Its a GORGEOUS dress!

I like the first pic (the small pic) better. You could always sell the dress on ebay.

If you want to dress up your dress a little you can always bring your dress to a seamstress and they can add beading to it.

Hi - I live here too! I'm all alone too! Keep your chin up. This isn't the end-all. We have TONS of time for our weddings. So if you don't decide you want the dress you have plenty of time to sell it.
Honestly, I like the style of the David's dress better...but I can tell that the quality of the fabric of the romona dress is a lot better. But you can add things to the dress if you want more sparkle.
Take a deep breath. Its gonna work out just fine!

Aww...here are some hugs....
Don't worry we will get you through this. The dress is beautiful but like I said you can make it look like the other dress by adding some crystals to the bodice. Any experienced seamstress can do that for you. My aunt does it all the time!!!! Don't worry.

I like the dress you bought better, it looks fancier than the one from David and they both look alike, so you're not too far off from the style you wanted.

I too like the one you bought better!! Its classic, and the fabric looks beautiful! You can always were a jeweled tiara and/ or pretty veil to add some sparkle!

Re: i knew this would happen.
thanks for all the help ladies. sorry i just had a mini-mental breakdown. im having a really hard time living up here with FH and i am frustrated that i literally sit by myself until he gets home because i have no one up here, and i wish my friends/family lived closer and could help me with this kind of stuff!! it's hard. maybe ill like my dress better when my sister/MOH sees it and everything...who knows. in the meantime, if you know anyone who wants it, tell them to FM me!

Re: i knew this would happen.
They styles of both dresses look very similar to me. But the fabric of the Romona Keveza looks AMAZING in the picture. I actually like it better without the sparklies....
I agree with the other girls...just wear a fantastic head piece and a long, beaded veil for the same effect.

I personally like the Romona dress better.. I'm not a huge fan of beads... but that's for me, I don't like beads for me.... go with your gut.

Re: i knew this would happen.
if anyone has pictures of these fabulous long beaded veils, or headpieces, please post them. it could save me from a melt down. lol
You can custom design your own veil and the prices are reasonable.

Re: i knew this would happen.
If you'[re hacing second thoughts about the dress and crying over it....it isn't THE dress. many many girls are looking for dresses and you may have THE dress for them. Buy the other dress if that is the one you love. Put the other one on ebay, amazon, the knot and here. Worse comes to worse....pay your parents back for the money they lost on it...you want to feel like a princess on your big day! Remember...it could always be worse!
Keep your spirits up girl! YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED!
