I know a family directly affected by the bombing in Israel this week.
I am so sad today....not only is it 9/11 but I just found out that a friend of FI's family close friend was killed in the bombing Monday in Israel.
It was a man and his daughter. The man opened up years ago a rescue unit that are the first ones called and first ones who respond to bomb attacks. Go figure....he was killed in a bomb attack.
He was having a cup of coffee with his daughter that morning in Starbucks to discuss last minute plans about her wedding the next day. How awful...they never made it.
Even though it is 9/11, the anniversary of the day we were attacked, I still feel lucky to live in the USA and not live in constant fear like many do in Israel.

i am so sorry. that country is in a state of pandemonium. my hear goes out to all of them residing or visiting. it's terrible... cannot even fathom.
