I know I always talk about this but...

I have really been trying to work out more and eat better and not drink as much since November...so how come I put on a pair of pants I intentionally did not wear for a month....and they fit the same way??? They are not any looser or tighter (thank god not tighter!) It is so frustrating I don't want to be a fat bride

That's my vent for the day...boss is out on appointments thank christ...can't stand him either

Stay positive and keep at it. Sometimes our bodies hit a plateau and it's super hard to lose a couple of extra pounds...

The fact that they are not tighter is an acclompishment in itself especially since this whole month was eating holiday fest! Keep up the work it will pay off eventually!!!!

First off, you're far from fat. You'll be beautiful as a What have you been eating (differently)?

It may be the working out. You may have lost fat and may have a smaller waist but your tush may have lifted.
Ok just hear me out. When I first started working out I was SOOOOO mad because I actually went up a pants size. I couldn't understand it. My face looked thinner and my boobs were shrinking. I could not understand how my a$$ could be getting bigger. It turned out it was not getting bigger it was just lifting. The next month I went down a size.
So think positively and keep with your workout routine. Don't get discouraged and give up. But remember no matter what you will be a beautiful bride.
