I know, I know...BORING...but I need some help with addressing envelopes.

How do you address outer envelopes when you are inviting families?

For ex: Father, Mother and two kids under the age of 18.

Mr. and Mrs. John XYZ and family

or

The XYZ family

Thanks in advance...I can't wait until invites are over with!!

The correct way is (according to the guide that came with my invites)

Outer envelope...just addressed to parents

Inner envelope

Mr and Mrs john smith
Lucy, stacy and Kevin (in age order)

That's my pickle Jen...I don't have inner envelopes since they are pocketfolds...just outer.

If you just have the inner, then you should list the kids names too.

Oh.. So then I would do the Inner envelope set up on the outer envelope.
