Wacky, your hall does not ****. Our wedding was there and it was wonderful. They exceeded our expectations!

But if you are not going to be happy with it, get on the phone and see what else is available. Off hand I don't know too many places by the water except Cresent Beach Club, Harbour Club, the Riviera, San Souci, there's even that place at Jones Beach. Plus many many more.

I just love driving myself crazy, I start to look at these beautiful places posted on here and then start to think there is something wrong with SMCC.

I know its a lovely place, but I always think I can do better. Its a sickness, I have left messages for a couple of places but well see

No I am not offended at all When you say that you want wide open airy views of the water - SMCC is definitely NOT that.

If you are not sure, you should absolutely do everything you can now so you wont regret it later.

I do/did the same thing - sometimes it seems like everyone's wedding, dress, pictures, favors, etc. seem so much better then what we had.

I have been going through the same thing w. my photographer for months, just last night I was on the bus going home thinking I was a dumbas* for booking too soon, and thinking of seeing other photographers. Any my wedding is in 6 1/2 months I STILL have not decided what to do about it, and this is the only vendor I have doubts about. FH would kill me if I changed now. I keep thinking that the doubts are nerves, but what if its not? I dont want to regret my choices later, when I have time to change them now. Good luck deciding

i say go to your place again and check it out--i am sure it is beautiful---but if you do decide to change-get movin'! what about the thatched cottage, port jeff country club, john anthony's, chateu la mer (sp?), they are on the water---did you already order your invites? stay calm and talk it over w/fi
